Our reports are strictly confidential and prepared in anticipation of litigation. This information is protected under Florida Laws and is attorney/client work product. No part of our reports may be reproduced, copied or distributed without the express written permission of the client or BBPI.
BBPI maintains the original video documentation for a period of three (3) years after which time it is subject to being destroyed. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us if the original video documentation needs to be maintained longer than three (3) years.
